How partner addresses work

Your restaurants use the platform on your own address - your-company.qrdip.com or a domain you own. Here is how it works.

Every partner gets its own address where its restaurants sign in, manage their menu and run their service.

Your default address

When you join, your panel is available at your-company.qrdip.com. Your logo, colours and contact details are shown there, and restaurants that register on that address belong to your partner account.

Your own domain

On the Partner Plus plan you can use a domain you own, for example app.your-company.com:

  1. You create a DNS record (CNAME) for the name you chose and send it to us.
  2. We connect it and issue a security certificate.
  3. Once it works over https, we switch your account to it.

Decide this before you print QR codes: printed codes always point to your main address.

What your restaurants see

Your restaurants only ever see your brand: the sign-in page, the panel, the QR menu their guests open and the links in their e-mails all use your address.
