Terms of use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of the website qrdip.com (the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Operator

The Website is operated by Utku Berberoğlu, a natural person (sole proprietor) established in the Republic of Türkiye ("qrdip", "we", "us"). See theimprint for contact details.

2. Information only, no offer

The Website describes the qrdip white-label restaurant platform and partner programme. Its content is general information and does not constitute an offer, a promise of availability or a guarantee of any feature, price or result. Features, plans and prices may change at any time. A partnership is only created by a separate written partner agreement; if that agreement conflicts with the Website, the agreement prevails.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or our systems, or interfere with their operation.
  • Do not send spam, automated or misleading messages through the contact form.

4. Intellectual property

The Website, its texts, design, illustrations, icons and the qrdip name and logo are protected. You may view and share links to the Website; any other use requires our prior written permission.

5. No warranty

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website is uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence).

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The version published at the time of your visit applies.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
